PANKH is a non-governmental organization established under the Society Registration Act XXI 1860. Our mission is to foster sustainable development through an integrated approach. We employ tested methodologies to identify and address the specific needs of targeted communities, supporting them with strategic initiatives, continuous guidance, and monitoring. Our efforts aim to empower communities by establishing grassroots institutions, facilitating forward linkages, and developing value chains. By enhancing human, social, natural, physical, and financial capital, PANKH strives to uplift marginalized population and communities in need. Originally operating as a voluntary organization and catering support to the communities of different age, gender, categories in need since April 2012, PANKH was formally registered on May 1, 2015, in Delhi, expanding its support across diverse demographics through self and multiple partners contribution.

She is the founder of the organization and a passionate social expert with 15+ years of deep understanding on various social issues& strategical addressal process. Driven by her enthusiasm and critical insight, she has dedicated herself to leading efforts for the upliftment of underprivileged people. Her grassroots-level understanding, combined with her knowledge of organizational behavior, enables her to effectively formalize the mission and vision strategies. She has developed various SOPs and policies to ensure that the organizational values are upheld by every employee.
Mr Surender Kumar
Executive Director (P, I & M)
He is a seasoned development professional with over 14 years of experience in community institution-centric rural and urban development. His expertise spans areas such as Holistic development initiatives specially 7 pillars model including FPCs, SHG institutions, and product cluster development. He specializes in research-based project design, planning, and implementation with well-defined output and outcome indicators. As an expert in promoting sustainable efforts towards holistic development initiatives, he plays a key role in the organization. Serving as a TOT (Training of Trainers) expert, he helps build the capacity of team members to work towards achieving the organizational vision and mission. His work is dedicated to the upliftment of underprivileged communities while maintaining a focus on environmental sustainability.

An agriculture engineer with holding a management degree in agriculture Management with specialization in FPC, Value chain development, Natural & Organic farming certification system with his more than 8 years of experience. He is also a young agriculture planner & expert in integrated agricultural practices. Detail-oriented fundraiser and also having experience in establishment of marketing linkages of organic products for farmers. Well- versed in team management skills and financial management.

He is a management professional with more than 6.5 years of experience in the field of social development sector, has an experience of working with multiple CSR & NGO entities and have seen the phases on both side, being into a donor agency as well as also have remined as an execution partner throughout his professional career, he is currently handling Environment Conservation &Health Domain proactively,being enjoying as a team player, exemplifies dedicated professionalism and possesses acumen in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Political Consulting, NGO Management, Grant management, Project development and execution, Monitoring & evaluation. With the goal of contributing towards community development, she left the corporate world and joined PANKH in 2023. With more than 7 years of experience in different corporate roles, she decided to support and contribute to organizational development and management, taking on the HR position at PANKH. She is committed to leveraging her skills and experience to support the organization's mission, foster a positive work environment, and ensure that the team is empowered to make a difference. Her transition from the corporate sector to the non-profit world was driven by a desire to contribute to a cause greater than herself, aligning her professional expertise with her personal values.

With an extensive tenure at the CHILDLINE India Foundation, Deepak spearheaded the esteemed CHILDLINE 1098 program, orchestrating its operations across Rajasthan while also establishing and managing the pivotal CHILDLINE Railway 'Child Help Desks' in North India. Prior to this impactful role, his tenure as a Project Officer at the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Government of India, fortified his expertise in the domain. Notably, Deepak conducted a comprehensive 'End term evaluation of an IKEA funded project implemented by UNICEF Rajasthan,' focusing on eradicating child labor in BT Cotton areas.
